We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to modify or cancel your booking. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation policy:

    1. Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance:

• If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the starting time, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

    2. Cancellations Between 48 and 24 Hours in Advance:

• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour start time will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total service amount.

    3. Cancellations Within 24 Hours or No-Shows:

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time or fail to show up on the day of the tour, a 100% cancellation fee of the amount paid.

Rescheduling Policy

    1. Changes Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance:

• You may request a change in the date or details of your booking at no additional cost, subject to availability.

    2. Changes Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance:

• Modifications requested less than 48 hours before the tour start time will be subject to a 10% rescheduling fee of the total service amount and will depend on availability.

How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking

• All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing to our email: luisriveramora6@gmail.com.
• Please include your full name, tour date, booking number, and specific details of your request.
• Requests will be considered received only when we acknowledge your email.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Special Circumstances

    1. Adverse Weather Conditions:

• If severe weather conditions prevent the safe execution of the tour, we will offer you the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

    2. Force Majeure:

• Situations such as natural disasters, political conflicts, or other uncontrollable circumstances that lead to tour cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with options for rescheduling or refunds provided accordingly.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to appear for your tour without prior notice will be considered a cancellation within 24 hours, and the applicable cancellation fees will be charged.

Additional Recommendations

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance separately, as it is not provided by us, to cover unexpected cancellations or emergencies.
